To make a referral for yourself, click the link below to fill in the form and we will attempt to make contact within two working days. If you have any difficulties or questions about the referral process, please contact the support line who will gladly help you. 

RASASH Self Referral Form  

If you are a professional or agency working with a survivor and they wish to be referred, please fill in the Agency Referral Form, ensuring that you have the person’s consent to do so.

We can also offer short term support to non-abusing friends and family of survivors.
